You may return most other products than mentioned above
new and unopened (with tags/labels intact and in undamaged original packaging) within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping and handling. Restocking fee of 15-25% may apply on some items. Please see each product description if the sale is final or not, we specify. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We ship within United States only at this time.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.


Shipping and Delivery Time:

USPS First Class (Estimated delivery 2-5 days*),
USPS Priority Mail (Estimated delivery 2-3 days*),
USPS Express Mail - 2nd day or overnight to many areas (not guaranteed - please check with USPS before ordering), order must be placed by 1pm otherwise it will be delivered with 2nd day delivery*,

Fedex or UPS special delivery is available, please contact for rates. If you need Special Delivery or Guaranteed (Overnight, etc), please contact us for estimate before placing an order.

Delivery time is only an estimated time provided by USPS.com. Actual time could vary due to weekends, holidays, peak periods, custom clearance or the efficiency of foreign delivery service.

We may use FEDEX in some cases, if you need Special Delivery or Guaranteed (Overnight, etc), please contact us for estimate.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to an error in your address, you will be charged the shipping fee again for your package to be resent.
